All sent Token not received!!!

New Issue

Please help me deal with these issues, I sent 3803 ciotx on ETH 9 days ago, still not received, I also sent 3800 WRX on Binance Chain yesterday and today,I haven't received yet in my Iopay wallet,I contacted gate.io and it was confirm and the both block chains. Please help sort this out or recover my sent tokens.
