Bug Title: [Eco Bounty] Pagination UI Issue – Missing padding in dropdown, scroll bar usability – https://bridge.iotex.io/transactions

Bug Description:
At the bottom pagination area of the transaction table, the “10/page” dropdown is visually cramped due to lack of padding. Additionally, the horizontal scroll bar appears far below the table, forcing users to scroll down to access it – especially inconvenient for tall datasets.

Device & Testing Environment:

• Device: Dell Laptop

• OS: Ubuntu

• Browser: Chrome

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://bridge.iotex.io

2. Click on Transactions

3. Navigate to another page (e.g., page 2)

4. Check the pagination area:

   • “10/page” dropdown appears too tight

   • Horizontal scrollbar appears at the bottom, out of view initially

Actual Result:

• Dropdown lacks spacing/padding, looks misaligned

• Scroll bar is hard to access without scrolling down
  
  

Expected Result:

• Proper padding in dropdown for readability

• Scrollbar fixed or near header so user doesn't need to scroll just to view more content
