Can't bridge tokens from IOTX to BSC chain on IOtube

Dear team, I tried to bridge my XPIN and BNB tokens from IOTX to BSC but all failed, I tried multiple times, could you help me? By the way it shows transfer successfully but after a while, all transactions void and can't find any history on IOtube.

    Hello, can you please follow this steps, and let me know if you are still encountering the same error. Please don’t forget to fund it with a small amount of BNB for gas fees.

    1.     Go to ioTube V5.

    2.     Connect wallet (ensure it's set to the IoTeX Network in MetaMask/IoTeXPay).

    3.     From: IoTeX | To: Binance Smart Chain

    4.     Select your token (XPIN or BNB). The interface should show the wrapped counterpart on the other side.

    5.     Enter amount. The bridge will now show an estimated "Received" amount on BSC.

    6.     CRITICAL: Before confirming, the bridge UI should have a note saying you need BNB on BSC for gas. Ensure you have it.

    7.     Confirm the transaction. Save the Transaction ID (TxHash).
