Can't bridge tokens from IOTX to BSC chain on IOtube

Dear team, I tried to bridge my XPIN and BNB tokens from IOTX to BSC but all failed, I tried multiple times, could you help me? By the way it shows transfer successfully but after a while, all transactions void and can't find any history on IOtube.
