Can't Register Device

New Issue

The Purple Register Button is always greyed out even after I have successfully connected my device via the device registration tool through the serial port. I have tried running the tool as administartor, tried using a software wallet as opposed to a hardware wallet, tried setting the wallet to Eth mainnet, tried setting the wallet to iotex mainnet. Its just always greyed out. Kind Regards

    Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. We searched the database and found that your device had been registered at 2025-05-30 18:21:11.332 +0800, that means register is grayed.
