Can't Register Device

The Purple Register Button is always greyed out even after I have successfully connected my device via the device registration tool through the serial port. I have tried running the tool as administartor, tried using a software wallet as opposed to a hardware wallet, tried setting the wallet to Eth mainnet, tried setting the wallet to iotex mainnet. Its just always greyed out. Kind Regards
