Cant swap coin

I used a bridge Iotube to take eth and buy Iotx but it gave me Ioeth. Now I can swap, sell, or send any of this due to the stupid IOTX coin not being in the wallet to cover the Gas fee and I cant buy IOTX because challengly and other either wont work with USA or says that your wallet address is invalid. And I cant take a screen shot because it only shows your site not others.
