Clarity

I am a bit unhappy with the lack of clarity and instructions as it pertains to the use of the wallet, tokens and nft’s. I’ve held the nft for a very long time but I’m uncertain about what it’s used for or how to qualify for rewards. As for the tokens in the wallet, I’m unable to complete any transactions without running into an error message of sorts. I’ve tried reaching out to support several times but the explanations are not very clear. Pls assist.
