Didn't receive iotx

Dear team, I paid BNB on this page some days ago (https://hub.iotex.io/buy-iotx/crypto), but until now I didn't receive iotx, could you help me?

    Anybody have the same issue just find on discord, https://discord.gg/iotex, here the human agent is look like a robot, she doesn't solve the problem.

    Please follow these steps in order to see your IOTX:

    1. IMMEDIATE ACTION: Find Your Transaction ID (TXID)

    This is your proof of purchase and the only way to track your coins.

    • Log back into where you bought IOTX (the exchange or website).

    • Go to Order History, Withdrawal History, or Transaction History.

    • Find the IOTX purchase/withdrawal and copy the long "Transaction ID" or "TxHash". It looks like: 0xe9f8b5a3d2c1a0f9e8d7c6b5a4f3e2d1c0b9a8f7e6d5c4b3a2f1e0d9c8b7a6f5

    2. BASED ON YOUR INFORMATION, HERE'S WHAT TO DO:

    1. Check this now: In your exchange wallet, look for tabs that say:

      • "IOTX" (Native IoTeX)

      • "IOTX-ERC20" (Ethereum version)

      • "IOTX-BEP20" (BSC version)

    2. If you withdrew from the exchange:

      • Go to Withdrawal History

      • Check if status is "Completed" or "Failed"

      • If failed, the funds are still in your exchange account

      • If completed, use the TXID to track below

    If you used the IoTeX Bridge:

    1. Go to bridge.iotex.io

    2. Connect your wallet

    3. Click "History" – there should be a "Claim" button if tokens are pending

    4. CHECK YOUR TOKENS HERE (Use your TXID or address):

    • For IoTeX Network: Go to iotexscan.io → Paste your io1... address or TXID

    • For BSC Network: Go to bscscan.com → Paste your 0x... address or TXID

    • For Ethereum: Go to etherscan.io → Paste your 0x... address or TXID

    5. QUICK FIXES FOR COMMON PROBLEMS:

    Problem: "I see the transaction but no IOTX in my wallet!"
    Solution: Add the token manually to your wallet:

    • For ioPay: Go to "Assets" → "+ Add Token" → Search "IOTX"

    • For MetaMask (IoTeX): Click "Import tokens" → Use contract: 0x84abcb2832be606341a50128aeb1db43aa017449

      https://hub.iotex.io/buy-iotx/crypto, I bought from this page, it should send me native Iotx, not bsc, evm or polygon chain Iotx. Attached the screenshot where to buy. Please solve the problem. I'm asking for human not robot?

        Hello @Yexu Xie, can you please check and follow these steps to view/see your IOTX tokens.

        1. (Go to bridge.iotex.io)

        2. Connect your wallet

        3. Click "History" – there should be a "Claim" button if tokens are pending pull through this steps

        You may also add the token manually to your wallet:

        • For ioPay: Go to "Assets" → "+ Add Token" → Search "IOTX"

        • For MetaMask (IoTeX): Click "Import tokens" → Use contract: 0x84abcb2832be606341a50128aeb1db43aa017449
