[Eco Bounty] Address Book Feature

Description: ioPay does have an address book feature, but it’s not very user-friendly. Right now, I have to manually create entries, and the process feels cumbersome. Could we improve this by learning from other wallets? For example, after making a transfer to a new address, ioPay could prompt the user with a simple option: “Would you like to save this address to your address book?”
