The primary landing page for Bino AI (the AI Agent powered by real-time DePIN data) fails to load. Users attempting to access the chat portal via the official link are met with a "This site can’t be reached" error. The browser specifically reports a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN or ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED error, indicating the server's IP address could not be found.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the IoTeX Bino AI info page.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Chat with Bino AI" button (or navigate directly to binochat.iotex.ai).

3. Observe the browser error page.

Actual Result

The page fails to resolve, and the browser displays a standard "Site can't be reached" error message.
