Bug Description:

On the site https://iopay.me, when the user clicks the icon to open the dropdown menu in the navigation bar, a brief "active ring" or focus outline appears around the icon.

However, this visual effect only flashes momentarily and then disappears — which feels glitchy or inconsistent in terms of UI behavior.

This can disrupt the perception of a smooth and consistent experience.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Visit: https://iopay.me

2. Tap on the dropdown icon in the top navbar

3. Observe a quick flash of a border or focus ring that vanishes immediately
   

Actual Result:

A brief ring effect appears and disappears quickly — feels like a visual glitch or unpolished UI interaction.

Expected Result:

Remove the ring flash, or replace it with a consistent hover or click effect that aligns with the site’s overall design system
