[Eco Bounty] Claim Rewards popup resets to Light Theme in Night Mode

Bug Description:
When the user enables Night Mode (Dark Theme) and navigates to https://hub.iotex.io, clicking the Claim Rewards button and during that reload, the theme briefly flashes in Light Mode, before switching back to Dark Mode.

This behavior breaks visual consistency and may cause discomfort especially for users working in low-light environments.

Device & Testing Environment:
Device: Dell Laptop
OS: Ubuntu
Browser: Chrome

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://hub.iotex.io

2. Enable Night Mode (Dark Theme)

3. Click Claim Rewards

4. Observe the page flashes in Light Mode during reload
   

Actual Result:
Page reloads and briefly switches to Light Mode before switching back to Dark Mode.

Expected Result:
When in Night Mode, the UI should remain in Dark Theme throughout all interactions — no flashing or theme inconsistencies.
