[Eco Bounty] Contact Email Not Clickable (No Redirect)

Summary

The contact email hello@iotex.io in the Terms of Service section is displayed as plain text and is not clickable or hyperlinked.
Users are unable to directly send an email using the default mail client.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit https://iotex.io/terms.

2. Scroll down to section 22. CONTACT US.

3. Hover over or click the email text hello@iotex.io.

Actual Result

❌ Nothing happens — the email is not linked or interactive.

Expected Result

✅ The email should be clickable and open the user’s default mail app (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, etc.) using a mailto: hyperlink, for example:

Impact

• Users cannot quickly contact IoTeX via email.

• Affects usability and accessibility on both desktop and mobile.
