[Eco Bounty] “Download APK” Button Not Working at Page Bottom

Bug Description:

On the https://iopay.me page, when the user scrolls down to the bottom of the site and clicks the “Download APK” button, nothing happens — the button appears unresponsive with no download triggered or feedback.

This disrupts the user experience, especially for Android users attempting to download the app.

Device & Testing Environment:

• Device: Samsung S20 FE

• OS: Android 13

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Visit: https://iopay.me

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page

3. Click the “Download APK” button

4. Observe the button behavior
   

Actual Result:

The button does not respond — no download is triggered, and no feedback is shown.

Expected Result:

The “Download APK” button should either start the APK download or redirect to a valid APK file URL, with visual confirmation.
