[Eco Bounty] Duplicate Transactions Displayed in IoTeX Hub

🧩 Summary

The Transactions tab in IoTeX Hub displays duplicate transaction entries for the same activity. Multiple “Sent” records appear with identical values and timestamps missing (“--”), causing confusion and inaccurate transaction history.

🔍 Description

While viewing the Assets → Transactions section, several transactions appear duplicated.
Examples from the screenshot:

• Multiple entries of -0.01 IOTX

• Multiple entries of -0.0001 IOTX

These duplicates do not represent real blockchain activity and appear to be a UI rendering or API response duplication issue.

• Duplicated "Sent" rows with same amounts

• Missing dates ("--") for all duplicate entries

• UI continues to list multiple identical transactions below it

🧪 Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into IoTeX Hub (web).

2. Navigate to Assets → Transactions.

3. Scroll through the transaction list.

4. Observe repeated entries with the same amount, same type, and no timestamp.

🤖 Expected Behavior

✔ Each blockchain transaction appears once
✔ Matching tx hash, timestamp, amount, direction
✔ No phantom or duplicated entries

❌ Actual Behavior

✘ UI displays multiple repeated “Sent” entries
✘ No timestamps
✘ Values match perfectly (indicating duplication, not multiple real sends)
✘ Causes inaccurate reporting of wallet activity
