Summary

The contact email developers@iotex.io located in the footer section of the IoTeX Developers website is not clickable or does not redirect users to their default email client (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, or Mail app).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://developers.iotex.io.

2. Scroll to the footer section.

3. Locate the contact email: developers@iotex.io.

4. Attempt to click or tap the email address.

Observed Result

• The email is displayed as plain text without a hyperlink.

• Clicking does not trigger any redirection or “mailto:” action.

• Users cannot easily contact IoTeX developers directly from the page.

Expected Result

• The email should be wrapped in a mailto: hyperlink such as:

  <a href="mailto:developers@iotex.io">developers@iotex.io</a> 

• When clicked, it should open the user’s default mail client with a new message pre-addressed to developers@iotex.io.

Impact

• Visitors may assume the contact method is broken or inactive.

• Reduced accessibility and user engagement for developers trying to reach IoTeX support.

Recommendation

✅ Add mailto: link to the developers@iotex.io text.
✅ Test across browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
✅ Optionally add a copy-to-clipboard icon beside the email for better UX.
