Summary
When clicking “Add IoTeX Network” on the IoTeX Scan site, the system displays a message saying
“IoTeX Network successfully added.”
However, the IoTeX network is not actually added to the Wallet.
Open https://iotexscan.io/ in a browser where Wallet is connected.
Click the “Add IoTeX Network” button.
Wait for the prompt message.
Check Wallet → Network list.
❌ A success message appears (“IoTeX Network successfully added”) but:
No IoTeX network is visible in the Wallet,
The wallet remains on the same default network,
No confirmation or RPC setup occurs.
✅ When the message “IoTeX Network successfully added” appears, the network should:
Be visible and selectable in DID Wallet,
Include valid configuration (Chain ID, RPC, symbol),
Be confirmed with a proper prompt/notification.
User Confusion: Users believe IoTeX was added, but no change occurred.
Integration Failure: Indicates possible bug in network registration API or wallet compatibility.
Inconsistent UX: False positive message creates distrust in wallet feedback.
