[Eco Bounty] Feedback button only on IoTeX Hub

Description: The blog post about the introduction of the bounty program (https://iotex.io/blog/the-iotex-ecosystem-bounty-program/) states that products like "IoTeX Main Website" (https://iotex.io) are included in the program.

But "IoTeX Hub" (https://hub.iotex.io) provides the "Feedback" functionality for creating and sending reports, and not "IoTeX Main Website". While technically possible to just open both website and e.g., take the screenshot yourself and upload it in the feedback form of "IoTeX Hub" instead of using the provided screenshot function, I would suggest to add the "Feedback" button to all relevant platforms for better engagement and usability.
