Bug Description:

On the https://iotex.io/chain page, when scrolling to the “Get Started” section (Read, Integrate, Launch, Join), these cards are not properly centered, making the layout appear unpolished.

Device & Testing Environment:

• Device: Dell Laptop

• OS: Ubuntu

• Browser: Chrome

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://iotex.io

2. Click on “Chain” in the navbar

3. Scroll to the “Get Started” section

4. Observe the layout of the cards

Actual Result:

• Cards are off-centered, both horizontally and vertically

• Spacing between components is inconsistent

• Visually looks broken or unfinished on desktop view

Expected Result:

• All 4 cards should be fully centered within the layout

• Uniform spacing and alignment across screen sizes

• Clean, professional appearance on all major resolutions
