Wallet Address Reporter: io1tkw393kejmxwnd454twc6020sxcyvh5dxqmren
App Version: ioPay v5.3.1 (3973)
Device: Redmi Note 10 Pro (Android 13)

The ioPay interface currently lacks a "Pulse Checker" or a centralized system status indicator. There are no visual elements to communicate the following critical network states to the user:
Neutral/Info: No indicator showing that the network is currently stable or providing general synchronization info.
Warning: No proactive alerts if the network is experiencing high congestion or if an RPC endpoint is lagging.
Critical/Down: Users are left to discover network outages through failed transactions rather than a top-level "Pulse" monitor.
Without these status levels, users may attempt sensitive financial actions (like swaps or staking) during periods of network instability without prior warning.
Launch the ioPay app.
Navigate through the Wallet, Markets, and Trade tabs.
Look for any icon, banner, or status dot representing the real-time "Pulse" or health of the IoTeX blockchain.
The UI only displays static asset and market data. There is a complete absence of live network status categorization (Neutral, Info, or Warning).
A Pulse Checker component should be integrated into the global header. This component should use a color-coded system to reflect the network's health:
Neutral/Green: Network Healthy.
Info/Blue: Scheduled Maintenance or Syncing.
Warning/Yellow: High Congestion or Latency Detected.
