In the "Sending on IoTeX Network" confirmation modal, the "Click here" hyperlink fails to redirect the user to the verification or information page. Instead of opening a website, the screen turns black and becomes unresponsive.

Open the ioPay app.
Initiate a transfer (e.g., selecting IOTX on the IoTeX Network).
Input a receiver address and amount, then proceed to the confirmation screen.
When the "Sending on IoTeX Network" pop-up appears, click the "Click here" link located in the text.
The app should open a web browser or an in-app browser to a page explaining how to verify assets on the IoTeX network.
The application fails to load the external content, resulting in a persistent black screen that requires the user to exit or restart the app.
