[ECO Bounty] iopay Broken "Click Here" Redirection

Summary

In the "Sending on IoTeX Network" confirmation modal, the "Click here" hyperlink fails to redirect the user to the verification or information page. Instead of opening a website, the screen turns black and becomes unresponsive.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the ioPay app.

2. Initiate a transfer (e.g., selecting IOTX on the IoTeX Network).

3. Input a receiver address and amount, then proceed to the confirmation screen.

4. When the "Sending on IoTeX Network" pop-up appears, click the "Click here" link located in the text.

Expected Result

The app should open a web browser or an in-app browser to a page explaining how to verify assets on the IoTeX network.

Actual Result

The application fails to load the external content, resulting in a persistent black screen that requires the user to exit or restart the app.
