[Eco Bounty] ioPay Connection Loop / Automatic Disconnection

Description

When attempting to connect the ioPay wallet to the IoTeX Hub, the application fails to establish a persistent connection. Instead of linking the wallet, the system displays a "Visitor Mode" prompt, forcing the user into a loop of attempting to reconnect or import a new wallet.

Actual Result: Tapping "ioPay Wallet" in the connection menu immediately triggers a "Connect Wallet" popup stating the user is in "visitor mode" and needs to create or import a wallet, even when the ioPay app is active in the background.

Expected Result: Selecting the ioPay wallet should successfully link the user's existing account and grant access to DApp functions without persistent "Visitor Mode" warnings.

Severity: High (Prevents users from accessing wallet-dependent assets and features).
