[Eco Bounty] ioPay DApp Browser History Missing Website Favicons

Description:
The ioPay mobile wallet DApp browser history is failing to fetch or display website icons (favicons). Instead of the site-specific logos, all entries in the history list show a generic grey "globe" placeholder icon.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the ioPay app.

2. Navigate to the "Discover" or "Browser" section.

3. Click on the URL/Search bar to view the "History" list.

4. Observe the icons next to the visited websites (e.g., hub.iotex.io, clashofcoins.com).

Expected Result:
The history list should display the official favicon (logo) for each website to help users visually distinguish between different DApps.

Actual Result:
Only a generic grey globe icon is displayed for every entry in the history, regardless of the website.
