[ECO Bounty] iopay Missing Asset Icon in Push Notifications

Description: When receiving a price alert or surge notification for the "RIVER" token, the notification occupies the space for an asset icon but appears empty or transparent. Other notifications (like the IoTeX announcement below it) correctly display associated icons or logos.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Turn On All Notifications.

2. Wait for a "Surge" notification to be triggered.

3. Pull down the Android notification shade to view the alert.

Expected Behavior: The notification should display the official RIVER token logo to the left of the "🔥 RIVER Surges" text.

Actual Behavior: There is a blank/empty space where the asset icon should be located.
