App Version: ioPay v5.3.1 (3973)
Device: Redmi Note 10 Pro (Android 13)

The About ioPay and general Settings menus do not provide an option for users to manually Clear Cache or Reset dApp Browser Data. In a Web3 wallet that heavily utilizes an internal browser for dApps (like mimo, ioTube, and DePINscan), the accumulation of cached data can lead to persistent UI glitches, outdated price feeds, and login errors that cannot be resolved without a full app re-installation.
The current About screen focuses exclusively on Feedback, Community, and Feature Requests, leaving no path for basic technical self-service.
Open ioPay and go to Settings/Profile.
Tap on About ioPay.
Search for any utility related to "Clear Cache," "Browser Reset," or "Storage Management".
Observe the lack of technical maintenance tools.
Users have no native way to clear browser or app cache, forcing them to rely on OS-level settings which may inadvertently delete local wallet data/keys if not handled carefully.
A "Clear Browser Cache" or "Reset dApp Data" button should be added to the About or Advanced Settings menu to allow users to refresh their environment without risking their private keys.
