[Eco Bounty] ioPay Missing Custom Price Alert and Notification System

1. Description

The ioPay asset interface lacks a dedicated system for users to set and manage Price Alerts. While the "Star" icon (Favorite) is present, there is no corresponding mechanism to trigger push notifications when an asset reaches a specific price target.

2. Current Interface Constraints

• Favorite Only: Clicking the star icon adds an asset to a watchlist but does not provide an option to input a "Target Price."

• No Alert Manager: There is no "Bell" icon or "Alerts" tab within the asset view to view, edit, or delete active price triggers.

• Static Interaction: The user is forced to manually check the app to monitor price movements, as seen in the static chart display.

3. Actual Result

The app does not support proactive price monitoring. Users must keep the app open or manually check the 24h High/Low to see if their price targets have been met.

4. Expected Result

A "Price Alert" feature should be integrated into the asset view (ideally near the "Star" icon) that allows users to:

• Set a specific price value (e.g., Alert when IOTX reaches $0.006).

• Choose the direction of the alert (Price Rises Above / Price Drops Below).

• Receive a system push notification when the condition is met.

Suggested Fixes

1. Alert Icon Integration: Add a "Bell" icon next to the "Star" (Favorite) icon in the top right header to open an Alert Settings menu.

2. Visual Indicators on Chart: Display a horizontal dashed line on the chart representing an active price alert so traders can see how close the current price is to their target.

3. BinoAI Integration: Leverage the existing ioPay BinoAI to allow users to set alerts via voice or text command (e.g., "Hey Bino, alert me if IOTX hits $0.01").
