Current Behavior

Under the settings menu, the only available options for communication are:

  • User Feedback: Usually intended for suggestions or bug reporting.

  • About ioPay: General version information. There is no "Contact Us" or "Live Chat" functionality visible.

Expected Behavior

The app should include a clear path for users to receive assistance, such as:

  1. A "Help & Support" section.

  2. Links to official Community Channels (Telegram/Discord).

  3. A Submit a Ticket or Live Chat feature.

Suggested Improvements

  • Add a Support Category: Rename "User Feedback" to "Help & Feedback" to make it more inclusive of support needs.

  • Knowledge Base Integration: Link to an external FAQ or documentation site directly within the "Basic Functions" or "Settings" section.

  • Direct Support Link: Provide an official email address or a "Chat with us" button within the Security & Privacy or General tabs.
