Description

The ioPay application currently lacks a dedicated Gas Tracker or a live "Gwei" equivalent display for the IoTeX network. While the app allows for transactions and staking, there is no tool within the Wallet, Markets, or Trade dashboards that informs the user of the current "cheap" or "expensive" windows for transaction fees.

This absence forces users to manually enter a transaction flow just to see the estimated cost, leading to a high rate of "Failed" transactions (e.g., "Send IOTX" or "Create Stake") likely caused by insufficient balance or fluctuating gas prices that were not visible beforehand.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the ioPay application.

2. Navigate through the primary tabs: Wallet, Markets, Trade, and Discover.

3. Look for a live gas meter, average transaction cost indicator, or "Gwei" status icon in the header or sub-menus.

Actual Result

The interface provides asset balances and market trends but offers zero visibility into the current state of network gas prices.

Expected Result

A Gas Tracker should be integrated into the UI (ideally near the network selector) showing:

• Slow/Standard/Fast price estimates in IOTX.

• A live "Gas Price" indicator (e.g., "100 Qev") to help users time their transactions.
