[Eco Bounty] ioPay "News" Tab Fails to Load News Content

Description

The "News" tab within the Discover section of the ioPay app is incorrectly displaying the DApp Browser interface instead of news articles. While the tab indicator shows "News" is selected, the content below it remains focused on DApps and browser navigation.

Actual Result: When the "News" tab is selected (underlined), the UI continues to show the "Hot DApps" list and category icons (Home, Perp, DePIN, DeFi, NFT) typical of the Browser tab.

Expected Result: Selecting the "News" tab should load a dedicated feed of ecosystem updates, announcements, and relevant blockchain news.

Severity: Medium (Functional/Routing error that prevents users from accessing core informational content).

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the ioPay app and go to the Discover tab (bottom menu).

Locate the sub-navigation menu at the top of the screen (Browser, News, DePINscan).

Tap on "News."

Observe that although the "News" text is underlined, the content below displays "Hot DApps" and the DApp search interface.
