Description

When a user attempts to view a list of news articles related to "DePIN" by clicking the DePIN tag or the associated pagination button, the site fails to display the expected filtered list. Instead, it either redirects to a specific news article (e.g., "Helium's Remarkable Surge") or displays a general news feed without the requested "DePIN" filter applied.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the DePINscan website or the IoTeX news section.

2. Locate a section that lists news articles.

3. Find and click on the "DePIN" tag in the pagination bar (which currently seems incorrectly linked to the news section).

4. Observe the destination page.

Expected Result

The page should display a filtered list containing all news articles specifically related to DePIN. The URL should ideally update to show a filter parameter (e.g., /news?tag=depin).

Actual Result

The system redirects the user away from the directory or filtered list.

• Clicking the button/tag opens a single, unrelated news article.

• The expected list of all DePIN-related news is not shown.
