Summary

Within the IoTeX Hub interface, clicking the "..." (More options) menu or the ">>" (Expand/Redirect) icons results in inconsistent behavior. Instead of opening internal menus or the expected project details, the application redirects the user to unintended external websites or incorrect URLs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the IoTeX Hub.

2. Locate any list item (e.g., a Delegate name or a DApp listing) that features a "..." or ">>" icon.

3. Click on the "..." icon (intended for "More Options").

4. Click on the ">>" icon (intended for "View Details").

5. Observe the destination URL in the browser address bar.

Expected Result

• Clicking "...": Should open a dropdown menu or an overlay with additional actions (e.g., Vote, Edit, Share).

• Clicking ">>": Should navigate the user to the specific internal page for that project or delegate within the IoTeX ecosystem.

Actual Result

The user is redirected to external sites or completely unrelated pages. This suggests:

• Link Hijacking: The icons are mapped to incorrect href attributes.

• Routing Bug: The single-page application (SPA) router is failing to intercept the click and is allowing a default (and incorrect) browser redirect.
