Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to hub.iotex.io.

2. Scroll to the very bottom of the homepage.

3. Observe the area below the "Monthly Update - September '25" card.

Actual Result

The footer area is blank, containing no copyright notice, company information, or legal links.

Expected Result

A visible footer should be present, including:
