[ECO Bounty] ioTex Hub SmartStake Analytics – Multiple Mobile UI Issues (Missing Logos, Text Doubling, and Privacy Overlay)

Description
The mobile view of the Delegate table contains several critical UI bugs that hinder data readability:

1. Name/Logo Issue: Delegate logos (e.g., for PNP) are either missing, failing to load, or are rendered so small they are invisible.

2. Overall Status "Double" Text: In rows with warnings (like "Binance Staking"), the "Overall Status" text wraps incorrectly, causing "Elec" to appear twice or stack awkwardly over other elements.

3. Live Votes / Privacy Overlap: The "Privacy - Terms" (reCAPTCHA) floating badge is positioned directly over the "Live Votes" data for the bottom rows, making the vote counts impossible to read.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://iotex.smartstake.io/ on a mobile browser.

2. Scroll through the "Elected" delegates list.

3. Observe the "Name" column for missing logos.

4. Look at rank #4 (Binance Staking) for the stacked status text.

5. Look at the bottom right corner for the Privacy badge covering the "Live Votes" column.

Expected Result
• All Delegate logos should be visible and properly sized. • Status text should be single-spaced and not wrap/double up. • The reCAPTCHA Privacy badge should be moved or the table should have enough bottom padding so it doesn't cover data.

Actual Result
• Logo: Most logos are invisible or empty. • Status: "Elec" stacks vertically on rank #4, breaking the row height. • Privacy Badge: Covers the numerical data in the "Live Votes" column for the visible bottom rows.
