[Eco Bounty] IoTex Hub UI Header Overlap / Visual Regression

Description:

There is a significant layout overlap in the mobile header of the page. The "IoTeX" logo, the "X" (Twitter) social icon, and a navigation menu/element are clashing and stacking on top of each other, making the header text illegible and the navigation elements difficult to interact with.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a mobile browser (Chrome).

2. Navigate to https://iotex.io/research/iic.

3. View the top header section of the page.

Expected Result:

The logo, social links, and navigation buttons should be properly spaced and aligned without overlapping.

Actual Result:

The elements (IoTeX Logo, 'X' icon, and 'Subscribe' button area) are overlapping in a single horizontal space.
