[ECO Bounty] ioTex.io Main navigation "Blog" link triggers infinite redirect loop on mobile Chrome

Severity: High (Core Navigation Failure)

Description: Clicking the "Blog" link in the main navigation menu results in an infinite redirect loop, causing browsers (especially mobile Chrome) to display ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. The error explicitly states: "IoTeX redirected you too many times." This renders the blog completely inaccessible.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open https://iotex.io in mobile Chrome

2. Tap the hamburger menu (≡)

3. Locate and tap "Blog" in the menu (highlighted in first screenshot)

4. Browser loads error page (second screenshot)

Expected Result: Users should be directed to a functional IoTeX blog page (e.g., https://iotex.io/blog, https://blog.iotex.io/, or equivalent content hub).

Actual Result:

• Infinite server-side redirect loop (~20+ redirects)

• Chrome safety cutoff displays error page

• No access to blog content
