[ECO Bounty] ioTexScan Failing to Load Data (Infinite Loading State)

Platform: Web (Mobile Browser - Chrome/Android) URL: iotexscan.io Status: Network is stable/fast, but site data does not populate.

Description: The ioTexScan website loads the basic UI layout and "skeleton" placeholders, but fails to fetch or display actual blockchain data (transactions, blocks, etc.). The page remains in a permanent loading state even with a strong 5g connection.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open mobile browser (Chrome).

2. Navigate to iotexscan.io.

3. Wait for the page to populate data.

4. Observe that only the dark grey placeholders are visible, and no real-time data or account info loads.

Expected Behavior: The website should fetch API data and populate the dashboard with current IOTX metrics and recent blocks/transactions within a few seconds of loading.

Actual Behavior: The site stays stuck on the skeleton screens. Note: The header indicates the IOTX price and Gas price are loading/visible, suggesting a partial connection, but the main content area remains empty.
