This lacks the visual engagement and directional feedback expected in modern web applications, often leaving the user unsure if the page has finished loading or if an error has occurred.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to an address on iotexscan.io that has no transaction history for specific asset types.

2. Scroll down to the activity section and click on the XRC20 Actions tab.

3. Observe the empty space below the tab headers.

Actual Result

A static, gray "No Data" label is shown without any supporting graphics, icons, or helpful text.

Expected Result

The "Empty State" should be more descriptive and visually confirmed:

• Visual Aid: Include a relevant icon (e.g., a hollow file folder or a ghost icon) to signal an empty state.

• Actionable Text: Instead of just "No Data," use more descriptive language like "This address has no XRC20 transaction history yet".

• Contrast: Ensure the text has enough contrast to be clearly legible against the dark background.
