Description

When viewing a specific address page on the mobile version of IoTeXScan, there is no visible global search bar or search icon in the header or main body. This prevents users from quickly navigating to other addresses, transactions, or blocks without having to return to the homepage or open the side menu.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a specific address page on iotexscan.io using a mobile browser.

2. Inspect the top header and the area immediately above the "Address" details card.

3. Attempt to locate an input field or magnifying glass icon to perform a new search.

Actual Result

The search functionality is entirely absent from the view, forcing the user to rely on the hamburger menu for navigation.

Expected Result

A search input or a prominent search icon should be available in the persistent header or as a floating action button to allow for seamless multi-tasking across the block explorer.
