[ECO Bounty] iotexscan Mobile UI Alignment and Layout Issues

Issue 1: Footer Social Media Icon Alignment

Description: The row of social media icons (GitHub, Discord, X, YouTube, etc.) in the footer is not properly centered or aligned within its container on mobile viewports.

Visual Observation: The icons are heavily left-aligned with insufficient padding/margins on the left side, causing them to sit too close to the edge of the screen compared to the text lists above them.

Expected Result: The social media icon row should be horizontally centered within the footer container or consistently aligned with the "Products" and "Resources" headers above.

Issue 2: Footer Navigation Text Scaling

Description: The vertical lists for "Products" and "Resources" appear significantly shifted to the left, leaving a large amount of empty whitespace on the right side of the mobile viewport.

Expected Result: Navigation links should be distributed or centered to utilize the mobile screen width more effectively, improving readability and touch-target accessibility.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to the footer section.
