Issue Description:
The text link "(Verify and Publish)" has a structural formatting error. There is an opening parenthesis （ that is disconnected from the link text, and the closing parenthesis ) is inside the link. This creates a messy visual experience and breaks standard punctuation rules.

Visual Errors Identified:

1. Misplaced Parenthesis: The text currently appears as: only （Verify and Publish)

2. Asian/Full-width Character: The opening parenthesis appears to be a full-width character (（) instead of a standard half-width one ((), causing irregular spacing.

3. Link Padding: The link color covers the text but the parentheses aren't balanced correctly within the clickable area.

2. Observe the header text under "Contracts With verified source codes only".

The text should be formatted cleanly with consistent spacing, such as:
