[Eco Bounty] + ioTube important reminders

Issue/Suggestion:
Currently the interface on ioTube if users want to bridge from/to IoTeX to/from other networks doesn’t display things that users aren’t supposed to do:

a) Add: Please swap to CIOTX. A few words can make a lot of difference.
b) Add: Do not use CEX address. A lot are still unaware of the differences between wrapped tokens and original tokens.

The idea is, it should be able to guide new users (either new to crypto or new to bridging/IoTeX) with minimal confusion and to avoid assets lost due to misunderstanding or vague guidance.
