Bug Description:
On the page https://iopay.me/?ref=iotex.io, when viewed on a screen with 1366x768 resolution (16:9), the “Join Us” section is not displayed properly when scrolling near the bottom.
This issue is not caused by a sticky header, but rather by insufficient responsive scaling. The layout stretches or positions elements awkwardly, causing the “Join Us” content to appear cut off or misaligned.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Visit https://iopay.me/?ref=iotex.io

2. Use a device with 1366x768 screen resolution

3. Scroll near the bottom

4. Observe that the “Join Us” section is partially cut or spaced awkwardly

Actual Result:
The section layout is broken due to poor responsive scaling. The “Join Us” content appears incomplete even though the page is fully loaded.

Expected Result:
The layout should be responsive and ensure that all content, including “Join Us,” appears fully and cleanly on standard screen sizes like 1366x768.
