Description: The "How to Participate" section on the main IoTeX website (iotex.io) exhibits functional failures on both Desktop and Mobile views:

1. Mobile (Critical Usability): The four options (Build, Tap, Mine, Earn) are completely hidden/missing from the UI. Users cannot see what the options are, yet clicking the blank space still triggers image changes, leading to a confusing "blind" navigation experience.

2. Desktop (UI Glitch): When hovering over "Mine your devices," the text highlight state freezes. The image on the right updates correctly, but the text selection styling does not reset when moving to other options, causing visual confusion.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Desktop:

   • Go to iotex.io and scroll to "How to Participate".

   • Hover over "Mine your devices".

   • Move mouse quickly to "Earn as a stakeholder".

   • Result: The "Mine" text remains highlighted incorrectly.

2. Mobile:

   • Open iotex.io on a mobile device (Android 16).

   • Scroll to "How to Participate".

   • Result: The text options are invisible. Tapping the blank area changes the image, but no text is shown.
