[Eco bounty] May ioPay integrate the contract authorization check function?

The current contract authorization check function is still through IoTeXScan. You need to enter Scan and then connect to the wallet. To be honest, the operation is a bit cumbersome, and the browsing experience of Scan on the mobile terminal is not good enough. Can this function be directly integrated into ioPay?
