Application: Mimo Exchange (via ioPay DApp Browser)
Severity: High (Functional failure; prevents users from swapping or viewing balances)
Priority: P1
When accessing the Mimo Exchange through the ioPay wallet, the application fails to fetch account data (e.g., wallet balances) due to an authentication error. The exchange displays multiple "HTTP request failed" notifications with a Status: 401 (Unauthorized).
Platform: ioPay Mobile Wallet
Network: Polygon (as indicated by the RPC URL in the error logs)
DApp: Mimo Exchange (mimo.exchange)
Open ioPay and navigate to the "Explore" or "Trade" tab.
Select "mimo Crypto" from the service provider list.
Accept the third-party redirect prompt.
Once the Mimo interface loads, attempt to connect the wallet or view token balances.
Observe the error pop-ups on the screen.
The DApp fails to load data and displays the following technical error:
Status: 401
URL: https://polygon-rpc.com
Details: "Message: API key disabled, reason: json-rpc code: -32051, rest code: 403"
Outcome: The wallet balance remains at 0.00 or fails to sync, and the "Enter Amount" button is unresponsive.
The HTTP 401 and the specific message "API key disabled" indicate that the RPC endpoint used by Mimo to communicate with the Polygon network is rejecting the request because the authentication credentials (API key) are no longer valid or have been deactivated. This is likely a service-side configuration issue between Mimo and their RPC provider.
The Mimo Exchange development team needs to update or re-enable the API key for their Polygon RPC endpoint (polygon-rpc.com) to restore connectivity for users
