The feedback submission form on feedback.iotex.io appears to lack a "Save Draft" feature or an automatic saving mechanism. If a user spends time composing detailed feedback (especially a long bug report or feature request) and is interrupted, navigates away, or their session times out, all their work is lost.
Navigate to https://feedback.iotex.io/.
Click to start a new feedback submission (e.g., "Submit a new idea").
Enter a significant amount of text into the title and description fields.
Action 1 (Manual Check): Look for a "Save Draft" button or similar option.
Action 2 (Test Loss): Close the browser tab or navigate to a different page without submitting the form.
Return to the feedback submission form.
The platform should offer a way to preserve in-progress work:
Option A (Preferred): An automatic saving feature that periodically saves the content locally (in the browser's storage) or on the server, allowing the user to resume their draft when they return.
Option B: A clearly labeled "Save Draft" button that stores the submission without publishing it.
There is no visible option to save the work as a draft, and if the user leaves the page, the entered text is lost.
