[Eco Bounty] QS Missing "Already Subscribed" Indicator for Previously Subscribed Plans

The subscription plans page does not display an "Already Subscribed" or "Current Plan" indicator when a user has previously subscribed to a plan. Both the Free and Pro plans continue to show the "+ Subscribe" button regardless of the user's subscription history.
