The "View Conversation →" link located within the "Chat Interface" card on the main dashboard is completely unresponsive. Tapping the link does not initiate any navigation, loading state, or error message.

Actual Result: Tapping the link results in no action; the user remains on the same dashboard page.

Expected Result: The link should navigate the user to the chat history or the specific conversation associated with the "Chat Interface".

Severity: High (Prevents access to core functionality of the Chat Interface).
