Bug Description:

On the https://hub.iotex.io page, several radio buttons. Users often have to click multiple times or refresh the page for the selection to work, which leads to a frustrating user experience.

Device & Testing Environment:

• Device: Dell Laptop

• OS: Ubuntu

• Browser: Chrome

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://hub.iotex.io

2. Navigate to any section with radio buttons

3. Try clicking on one of the options

4. Observe that the radio button does not activate on first click

5. Click again → now the option may activate
   

Actual Result:

Radio button selections fail to register on first click. Sometimes multiple clicks or a page refresh is required.

Expected Result:

Radio buttons should respond immediately to a single click, clearly showing the selected state and triggering any linked events without delay.
