[Eco Bounty] RPC error popup due to missing API key on Buy/Swap click

Bug Description:

When users access the Trade → Buy or Swap feature, the app sends a request to the Ankr RPC endpoint (https://rpc.ankr.com/eth) to retrieve wallet balance. However, because no API key is provided, a popup error appears immediately, showing a message that the request is unauthorized.
Device & Testing Environment:

• Device: Dell Laptop

• OS: Ubuntu

• Browser: Chrome

Steps to Reproduce:

• Visit: https://hub.iotex.io

• Navigate to Trade → Buy or Swap

• Observe the popup message

Actual Result:

A popup appears on the main screen

Expected Result:

• The application should include a valid API key in the Ankr RPC call, or use another Ethereum RPC endpoint that does not require authentication. This avoids disruption in the user flow.
