[Eco Bounty] Sidebar does not highlight "Dashboard" as selected

Bug Description:

When accessing the homepage, the default content is the Dashboard. However, in the left sidebar, the “Dashboard” menu item is not highlighted, so users cannot tell they are currently on the Dashboard page.

Device & Testing Environment:

• Device: Dell Laptop

• Operating System: Ubuntu (Linux)

• Browser: Chrome

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Chrome

2. Go to https://hub.iotex.io/

Observe the left sidebar

Actual Result:

The Dashboard item in the sidebar is not marked as active, even though the main content being displayed is the dashboard.

Expected Result:

The Dashboard sidebar item should be highlighted or visually marked as active, so users can easily identify the current page they are on.
